Le Yacht
Le Yacht

We have a French publication Le Yacht, originally the publication of the Yacht Club De France, currently for sale. Each leather bound book, complete with 2 chic gold filets,  cover the years from 1920 to 1938 (except 1936!) and each one contains 52 magazines of about 8 to 10 pages each(from being published every saturday). At the end of each book is an alphabetical index of the year so you can easily find text or pictures or architect plans of any specific yacht(motor or sail) for that year.

These books are full of original articles, pictures, drawings and plans, “in french of course “, and have belonged to the same owner for many years and are therefore in excellent condition. Many classic yachts feature like AmericaCambriaCandidaCreoleEndeavourHygieShamrock V and Stormy Weather.

Should you be interested the price is €7800. Pricey but part of history and great for the classic yacht researcher.
