3 Frer designs heading to Palma

Its beginning to come together for the XXIV Vela Clásica Mallorca (Regatta Illes Balears Classics) or as many of you have come to know it, the Club de Mar regatta. 20 have signed up so far which include 3 German Frer designs Fjord III, Cippino II and Joanne who will be moored merrily together outside the Clubhouse. Perhaps the oldest and most beautiful of the fleet will be the 1896 gaff cutter Marigan who has recently confirmed their participation, not-to-mention the 4 Fife 15-Metre yachts, Hispania, Tuiga, The Lady Anne and Mariska who are expected to hold one of their highly competitive tit-for-tats. The event may also be blessed by a fleet of 6-Metre yachts too.

The Lady Anne

Sign up! Come and enjoy a week of spectacular racing and entertainment on and off the beautiful Bay of Palma. (www.velaclasicamallorca.com)
