Croix des Gardes

Croix des Gardes was previously named ‘Voie Lacte’ and was restored in 1993-94 at the Cantieri di Imperia.

Owned by Jean Carr from 1970 until he died in 1975 who renamed the yacht to her present name, “Croix des Gardes”.

After a restoration in 2007

Displacement: 19 tons as measured during a crane lift for her restoration. Dimensions updated following a survey in 2007.   Regalvanising of floors, replacement of some frames, recaulking of deck, restoration to original layout of fo’c’s’le. New galley layout.

Participated in the 2012 Panerai Transat Classique, a race from Cascais (Portugal) to Barbados.
