Elegant Lines and Alluring Times

This photo of the J-Class Shamrock V may have been taken during a previous winter season but fits well for those keen on a little season gloss to top their Christmas festivities.

While the Med classics re-group, tied deep into their maintenance projects in preparation for next summer, a select fleet gathers in Marina Lanzarote, conscientiously checking, and checking again, that everything is ‘Ship shape and Bristol fashion’ before their Transat race in the New Year. They will join the Caribbean fleet ready and excited for their season ahead, while on the other side of the globe in New Zealand and Australia the folk are already in full summer swing with a whole range of regattas and classic yacht events in full motion.

Hopefully everybody will break for a few family and friend filled days over Christmas.

So, from us at CYI, Merry Christmas, enjoy, rest and prepare for another season, and another year, of elegant lines and alluring times.
