Named as ‘Zwerver’ and built for Van der Vor in 1939 she had not touched the water before 1945. She then sailed around the North Sea and the English Channel.
In 1952, she was sold to Français M Mercier and sailed for 20 years in the Mediterranean under her new name, ‘Actéon’.
In 1970 Actéon, with her ketch rig, participated in some regattas on the English Channel. After a number of years and change of ownership she was found in the region of Ouistreham (Normandy, France) in a bad state.
