Built for Dave Morris jr. Alsumar is a combination of his wife’s and two daughters first names.

Design no. 26, she was the first of S’s 70′ yawls.  Known for many years as ‘Gulf Stream’ and owned at one time by Dudley Sharp, former Secretary of the U.S. Air Force.  In 1996 she was restored in San Diego, USA. Entered and won class A – Aloha division of the 2007 2225 mile TransPac race (oldest winner at 73 years old).

Now owned by Alsumar LLC.
