Here are some pictures, courtesy of John Lammerts van Bueren, of the Swedish J ‘Svea‘ emerging from Bloemsma Jachtbouw in Makkum. Discovered by John during a visit to Sweden back in 1999 whilst searching for other designs by Tore Holm he stumbled across this original 1937 J-Class design by Tore Holm and Gustav Plym.
She is now at Vitters in Zwartsluis for completion. The goal is for her to join the 2017 J-Class extravaganza in Bermuda during the America’s Cup.
