Launched as ‘Kurrewa V,’ by 1964 she had already changed names to ‘Ikra’. In 1970 she was renamed ‘Lvrier des Mers’.
In 1981 ‘Ikra’ competed against the Swan 44 ‘Pride’ in a duel off Saint Tropez which became the precursor to the now famous ‘Les Voiles De Saint Tropez’.
